Snack/Energy Bars

Surprisingly, keeping snack energy bars in the fridge is not recommended. One key reason why snack energy bars shouldn’t be refrigerated is that they can become overly hard and difficult to chew.
The cold temperature of the fridge can cause the ingredients in the bar, such as nuts or dried fruit, to harden and lose their natural moisture content. This can result in an unpleasant eating experience and may even deter individuals from consuming these healthy snacks regularly. Furthermore, refrigerating snack energy bars can also cause them to lose some of their nutritional value.
