Emma Gets Sick
When Richard got the news that Emma, his second wife, was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer, it was another blow to his tragic life. Emma had been there with him through the worst and was by his side the whole time he was dealing with the stress from the news he received from the doctors.
Since Richard felt that he owed his life to Emma, he dedicated all his time to helping Emma with her cancer treatments. The good thing is that Emma was able to fight off her breast cancer, but she fears that it may come back one day soon. So the couple lives to the fullest as they know each day is not promised.
