Kate Was Lying
Once Richard took in the shocking news, he realized that Kate had been lying to him for over 20 years, as they had their first son, Will, shortly after they married. He didn’t want to believe it, but he knew that his wife had cheated on him at least three times, and with the same man, as his sons looked very similar.
Richard didn’t know what his next move was as he didn’t know how to reveal the news to his sons. Richard wanted to start digging for some truth as he was still shocked by the whole situation.
