Richard knew that the internet would be the next big thing and so he started investing in tech companies which proved to be a brilliant idea.
Richard’s company, MoneySupermarket.com, was something that he started on the side as he was working for a bank full-time. MoneySupermarket.com helps people compare prices from several grocery stores so that they can find the best deals. This ended up being a hit and made Richard millions. This came as a surprise to Richard as he never thought that his company would go anywhere. This wasn’t Richard’s most significant achievement as he felt that his family held that spot.
