After making her movie debut in the 1993 thriller movie, The Crush, Silverstone earned the MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance in 1994. That role enabled her to star as Cher Horowitz in the teen comedy movie, Clueless shortly after.
She soon became quite famous on the 90s entertainment scene by starring in two of Aerosmith’s music videos, “Crazy” and “Cryin.” After her 90s fame, Alicia’s interest shifted to small movies, independent productions, and theatre, but she’s continued to work on TV series and films.
