Bob Rafelson
Bob Rafelson was a film director, producer, and writer that was best known for his films such as Five Easy Pieces and The King of Marven Gardens. Rafelson first started directing films during the 70s and has been labeled one of the pioneers of New Hollywood.
Rafelson’s last film he directed was No Good Deed in 2002. After that, he decided to not work on any more films and wanted to live the rest of his life in peace. Rafelson was diagnosed with lung cancer and was able to beat it once but sadly passed away on July 23rd as the lung cancer came back. Rafelson was 89 years old.
