All The Celebrities We’ve Lost In The Past Year

Robbie Coltrane

Robbie Coltrane was a Scottish actor and comedian that was best known for his role as Rubeus Hagrid in the Harry Potter film series. Coltrane first started his acting career on a British comedian sketch series, Alfresco, but didn’t become world famous until he was cast as Hagrid.

Coltrane was the perfect match for Hagrid, as he was a fan of the books, which made his character even more likable. Coltrane starred in several films throughout his career, including the James Bond films Golden Eye and The World Is Not Enough. Sadly, Coltrane passed away from osteoarthritis at the age of 72 years old on October 15th.
