WD-40 can be a handy solution for removing hair dye stains from various surfaces. To use it effectively, first ensure the stained area is clean and dry. Then, spray a small amount of WD-40 directly onto the hair dye stain.
Allow it to sit for a few minutes, giving it time to penetrate and break down the dye’s pigments. Afterward, take a clean cloth or sponge and gently blot or rub the stained area. The WD-40 works by loosening and lifting the hair dye from the surface.
