Kristi Lynn Gibson was with Bret Michaels, the frontman of the band Poison, for eighteen years. The two were never officially married but considered themselves to be. In 2010, Michaels proposed to Gibson during the finale of his VH1 show, Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It.
However, the couple eventually called it quits, but Michaels stated that they “remain great friends and are committed loving parents to our daughters. I am blessed to have someone as great as Kristi in my life in any capacity.”
