Valerie Bertinelli is an actress and has had fifty-two roles on the big screen, including the television show Hot in Cleveland. She married Eddie Van Halen in 1981 and had a son ten years later. However, the couple divorced in 2007 because of Van Halen’s substance abuse.
Valerie wrote about their marriage and divorce in her autobiography, Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time. She went on to marry Tom Vitale in 2011, and her son, whom she had with Eddie, became the bassist for Van Halen until the band’s disbandment.
