Union City might sound like a city with a lot of job opportunities, but sadly that just isn’t the case, as it is ranked as the most miserable city to live in in the state of Georgia. Union City is having a hard time keeping businesses around and has seen an increase in the percentage of workers that are unemployed.
With a high percentage of unemployment always comes crime, and Union City has become riddled with it over the recent years as more and more residents are finding no work. There are around 20,000 people in the city and that number is dropping every year.
