Did you know that New Jersey is the second-wealthiest state in the US, just behind Maryland? Not all parts are as well off, however – in Holiday City-Berkeley, nearly half of the population earns less than $35k. Still wealthy compared to many other states on our list, but a hard income nonetheless. Strangely, the poverty rate is less than the state’s average of 10.7%.

Homes are detached in the Holiday City communities and built in a ranch-style on minimum 50′ x 100′ lots. They consist of five different communities.
