Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Is A Great Workout For Under Ten Bucks

Jillian Michaels has a reputation of being America’s toughest trainer and she proves it in her workout dvd, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.    The 30 Day Shred is a workout dvd that has three different levels for you to work up to and through.  This workout gives you great results if you will commit to it and stick with it for the whole 30 days of the 30 Day Shred.  The workouts are amazingly, only 20 minutes plus 5 additional minutes of warming up and cooling down, bringing your workout total to 25 minutes.  It is very difficult to believe that exercising for under a half an hour is going to give you any results but believe me, it will.

Be prepared to feel soreness in your arms, your legs, your abs and basically any other muscle group you use in this workout.  She does not take it easy on you and reminds you if you only want to work out for twenty minutes a day, you really have to work.  But she is also encouraging and helps you stay motivated to push through the levels.

All three levels consist of the same circuit of training.  There are three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio and one minute of abs.  The good thing about this circuit is that it changes so quickly which gives you the encouragement to hang with it because you know it won’t be much longer until you change to the next circuit.  During your three minutes of strength training you will do a lot of exercises that require hand weights.  You can choose what poundage you would like to use and increase as you go.  The two minutes of cardio are sure to get your blood pumping and your heart rate elevated for the best results.  The one minute of abs are exercises that help you tone your core.

If you hang with Jillian for all 30 days of her 30 Day Shred you will find your arms and legs are toned and have more definition, your pooch is gone that you have hated and you will drop a few pounds along the way.
