How to Win 500,000 AAdvantage Miles and a Cruise

Wrong; it’s a great offer, and it’s 100% legitimate. American Airlines is offering their customers a chance to win a really nice prize in the form of 500,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles (that’s a lot of free flights!) and a free cruise. The offer is called the Sweepstakes at Sea promotion, and it’s about as easy to enter as it is to breathe. Just take a few moments to visit the American Airlines website and sign up for the American Airlines Cruises weekly email alerts.

That’s all. You’re now entered into a drawing for a chance to win a free cruise and a lot of free miles with American Airlines. Additionally, as part of the email alert program you are now the first person to learn of all the different sales, exclusive offers and everything else that American Airlines and its affiliates have to offer travelers and loyal customers. The grand prize cruise is not to any specific destination. The winner is awarded a $3,000 cruise voucher to use at the American Airlines cruises website to book their own cruises. You can choose a long cruise, a short cruise and any type of room you want aboard cruise ship you choose.

Even if you are not the grand prize winner, you could be one of five runners-up that will receive 100,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles each. All you have to do is sign up here.

Official Rules

1. Enter between November 1 and January 31, 2016 (11:59:59 pm Eastern Standard Time) to be eligible for this prize
2. All entrants must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States (and Washington D.C.) and each must be at least 21 years of age
3. American Airlines employees and employee family members are not eligible
4. Winners will be drawn at random 60 days after the enrollment period ends
5. Winners are notified within 5 business days after the contest by email if they won
6. Blackout dates do apply to cruises
7. Winning cruise must be booked and enjoyed before December 31, 2016 or it becomes void
8. Winning airlines miles are worth $15,500
