The Boys’ Ninth Birthday
The Scholtz brothers’ ninth birthday was a bit different for them as they were living with their neighbor, Wilma, who offered the Scholtz family to stay with them while their home was rebuilt. The boys were more than happy to take their birthday picture together as they just wanted to forget about losing their home.
The boys’ neighbor, Wilma, even helped with their birthday poster and was happy that one of their annual photos would be taken at her home. The boys wore matching sweatshirts and were all smiles when the photo was taken. Although the Scholtz family lost a lot in the fire, they were still optimistic about life.
