Traveling is one of the most fun and enriching things you can do in your life. It’s also one of the things you’ll do that puts you at risk for getting sick. Wash Your Hands
Always wash your hands. Wash them when you get through airport security, when you use the airplane bathroom and anytime in between. Check bottles to see where they are manufactured and stick to those you recognize and know are safe to drink. You don’t want to get sick because you’re taking the time to hydrate.
