People love to say that they only live once. I don’t know if that’s true, and I really don’t care at the moment. However, I do believe that life is meant to be lived, not to be lived through. This is the reason why I am always up for fun. I love to make memories and experience life. It’s the reason why I’m not the mom who turns down a vacation because it interrupts my kids’ naptimes or the mom who won’t travel because I don’t want to fly with my kids. I believe in living and I believe that as I grow older there are thing I should be able to say about myself; you should be able to say the same things about yourself as well.
I Follow My Heart
One thing I pride myself on is following my heart and my intuition. There are things I want out of life and I’ve managed to make them happen for myself by doing exactly that. I never imagined I’d be living my dream at 29 – successfully at that – and that I’d have everything I’ve ever wanted at such a young age. The great part is that I’ve had to upgrade all my dreams and goals at such a young age, which is very exciting.
I am Proud of Myself
I am proud of myself. I’ve accomplished more than most people I know who are my age. I’ve touched lives, inspired one or two people, and I’ve given my family a life that many people spend a long time hoping to live. I am proud to have a wonderful husband, beautiful kids, and a life worth living.
I am Making a Difference
I’m a writer. I may not see the difference I make in my daily life, but I often hear about it. Not everything I write is life-changing and difference-making; some of it is just fun. However, I have heard from many of my readers how I’ve made a difference in their life. How I’ve inspired them or how I’ve made them realize that they can do anything they want. I am making a difference.
I am Happy
If there is one thing I am most proud of saying about myself it’s that I’m happy. I am happy. I am married to the man of my dreams and my best friend. We have these amazing kids who are so completely awesome. We have happiness. I am grateful to have them. I am grateful to have all that I have, and I am reminded of that every day.
