However, when your job has you stressing out more often than not, it might be a sign that your job is causing you too much anxiety and too many life issues. When is it time to make a change? Perhaps you think that the fact your job is stressing you out is something you should ignore because you have a job, right? Wrong. If your job is stressing you out, you have to evaluate your life and take action. Here are three signs your job is stressing you out and it’s time to do something about it.

When your sleep routine suddenly seems to exist of lying awake at night with so much on your mind that you can’t sleep, it might mean you are stressed at work. When your job causes so much stress that you aren’t getting enough sleep at night, it’s time to evaluate what you can do to eliminate some of that stress. Adequate sleep is important to your life; it is important for your health, well-being and emotional state.
Your Eating Habits Suddenly Need Help
If you suddenly find yourself eating cookies and chips and other unhealthy foods all the time, it might be a sign your job is stressing you out. We tend to turn to comfort foods when life is uncertain, and that can be a big problem for our health.
Anxiety on Sunday Nights
If your weekend is amazing but you suddenly feel so much anxiety as Sunday evening approaches, it could be a sign your job is stressing you out just a bit too much.
