There’s a big difference between regular pasta and spaghetti squash, and you have no idea just what this means. Pasta does not contain vitamins, but spaghetti squash contains 4 percent of the daily recommended vitamins you need. So right off the bat you’re providing your body with additional nutrition and better health.  It contains both vitamin A and C, both of which are necessary for our daily health requirements.

Calorie Difference

A single serving of regular pasta has more than 5 times the amount of calories as spaghetti squash. This means that making a simple substitution at dinner is going to make a huge difference in the way you look and the way you feel.

Potassium Consumption

Most of us do not get enough potassium in our diets, and that’s dangerous. However, it’s healthy to eat spaghetti squash since it contains 2.5% of the daily recommended value as opposed to just about 1% in pasta.
