Of course it’s not that easy to control stress. We all have it and we will always have it. The good news, however, is that stress is not what ages us. Our reaction to our stress is what ages us. You are never, ever too old to be active and have fun. In fact, the more active you are and the more fun you have, the healthier you’ll be and the longer you’ll live. For this reason, you need to find a reason to get up and go dancing, take a trip or try something new.
