When it comes to naming babies, my husband and I prefer to go the traditional route with classic, elegant names for our three daughters are our son. However, not everyone feels the same way about baby names. Avalon

This darling little girl name is certainly unique in a world full of Ava’s (like one of my daughters). Avalon is a feminine name that comes across as strong and forceful when you take the time to say it out loud a few times. However, it doesn’t mean strong or forceful. In fact, Avalon is a tropical island from a long-told legend that’s famous for decadent apples.

Kiba

This interesting name is nothing short of unique. Some pronounce it as it sounds – Keeba – and others pronounce it K-eye-buh. This name sounds like something very exotic and lovely. When I say it out loud, I expect to see a German supermodel that looks a lot like Heidi Klum. However, it’s not a German supermodel. It’s a girl’s name that means captivating. So, actually, it could be a supermodel, since most of them are pretty captivating. It’s a great name for a little girl with beautiful eyes, since that’s the most captivating aspect anyone possesses, in my opinion.

No, Fain is not a girl’s name. It’s actually a little boy’s name and it means joyful. It’s a lovely name for a strong boy that brings happiness and love into his family. Not that all children don’t, of course, but this seems like the kind of name you want to give to a boy for whom you’ve waited a long time.
