Time is absolutely of the essence. It doesn’t matter if you have a job, kids, a spouse, a home, a mixture of all of those or just one or two; there never seems to be enough time in the day to accomplish everything that needs accomplishing, and that’s a shame. The biggest shame is that it’s often dinner and healthy meal planning that takes a backseat when time is of the essence. Fortunately, that’s where your crock pot comes in handy.
