Why? Just Why?
This man makes me think of Joe Exotic, the Tiger King. However, he is in prison, and he never wore his pants quite like this guy. I have no problem with someone wanting to dress like a cowboy, but I don’t know what this look is.
He has cut out the whole middle part of the legs in his pair of pants. His shorts were cut way too short, and what is the point of the section of pants at the bottom of each leg? I would love to know what this man was thinking.
