Is It Halloween?
It is not Halloween, but I guess if you have to wear a mask, why not have some fun with it and make it a full costume. This woman chose to look like a conehead when she went shopping at Walmart.
It was during Covid, so maybe she also thought that her outfit would keep people away. It added even more protection with the cone on her head, and if she had other shoppers with her, they would easily be able to find her.
