When you look in the mirror and hate what you see, it affects your mood and your confidence, which can affect your stress level, which can affect your overall health. Do you see where I’m going with this? You need to be healthy to be healthy: Eat a healthy diet. These bad diet habits are ruining your life.

Seafood

You might wonder what I’m even talking about right now. Seafood is good for you! It’s a great way to consume omega-3 fatty acids, right? Right; however, it’s also filled with iodine, which causes acne. When you eat too much seafood, you might ruin your skin. We all know what one imperfection on our faces does to our mood; imagine more than that.

Salt

Bloat. Water retention. Fat days. Skinny jeans that don’t fit. Salt is good; it’s really good. But, it’s not that good for you. Use salt only if you have to, but try to use other spices when you cook in lieu of salt. When you can add flavor through healthy spices, you won’t need to use salt. This means you can avoid those annoying fat days and the horrible ways those fat days make you feel.

Starch

Did you know that all the stuff in starch can make your hair start to thin, or even fall out? Thinning hair and acne are both reasons you should avoid starchy foods. Additionally, you know starchy foods make you feel bloated and cause weight gain. It’s time to eliminate those from the bulk of your diet.
