Thanks

While many of us are excited to give thanks for all we have and count our blessings this coming Thanksgiving, we’re equally as excited to feast on Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and all of the other staples that come along with the delicious meals we all eat.  However, before you go nuts indulging yourselves on Thanksgiving the folks over at Reactions would like to have a word with you.

They’ve decided to take a look down our stomachs to educate us on what really happens to the body when we overeat.   It turns out that there’s a whole lot going on the body when someone feels full.  While the body is physically telling itself that its full, there’s also a number of mental cues that we go through as well.

Get ready to loosen the belt, and check out this informational video on the body’s reactions to being full.  But in the meantime, have a great Turkey Day!
