The problem with working out is that most people are doing it the wrong way. You’re exercising in a way that’s not enjoyable, not effective and not showing results. And when you hate what you’re doing, you’re not seeing and progress and you feel as if you are doing nothing more than wasting your time, you’re going to quit, right? Right. And that’s why so many people just give up their workouts. The first thing you have to understand is that results are not immediate. You can’t run a mile and lose a size. You also can’t work out twice and expect to love it. It takes 21 days to form a habit, which means that you need to work out for 21 days and it will become much easier to do. Additionally, you have to find a workout you enjoy. Killing yourself is not enjoyable, and it’s not going to do you any good.

If I could snap my fingers and burn a ton of fat, I’d snap away. For so long I hated working out.
